These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the booking and delivery of services provided by D&B Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) in Belfast and surrounding areas. By requesting a quote, booking, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.
Website Operator

1) Services & Booking
- Services include domestic and commercial cleaning as agreed at the time of booking.
- Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your request (email/SMS/phone) with date, time, and scope.
- Any changes to scope, access, or timing must be communicated in advance and may affect price and duration.
2) Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be revised if the property condition or scope differs on arrival.
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Parking/congestion fees (if any) may be added where applicable.
3) Access & Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time.
- Please secure valuables and inform us of any fragile or delicate items and any restricted areas.
- Electricity and running water must be available during the service unless otherwise agreed.
4) Payment Terms
- We do not accept online payments on our website. Payment is typically due on completion by cash or bank transfer (as agreed in advance).
- No refunds after work is done: once services have been completed, refunds are not available. If you have concerns about the quality, see the “Satisfaction & Re-Clean” section below.
- Late payments may incur reasonable admin charges and/or interest as permitted by law.
5) Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee to cover staff time and travel.
- If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out or minimum charge may apply.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to staff illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6) Satisfaction & Re-Clean
- If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion with details and, where possible, photos.
- At our discretion, we may offer a re-clean of the specific areas to address reasonable concerns.
- This re-clean remedy does not constitute a refund and complies with our no-refund policy after work is completed.
7) Health, Safety & Limitations
- We follow reasonable health and safety practices. We will not perform tasks that are hazardous or require specialist equipment unless agreed.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects. Fragile or high-value items should be disclosed in advance.
- Stain removal and “end-of-tenancy” outcomes cannot be guaranteed if stains are permanent or materials are unsuitable.
8) Liability
- We are insured for the provision of our services. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, severe weather, emergencies).
9) Complaints
Please raise any complaint within 24 hours of service completion so we can investigate promptly. We aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
10) Privacy
Personal data submitted via this website may be processed by Himate (the website operator) on behalf of D&B Cleaning Services to handle enquiries and bookings. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date.
12) Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
